 1) Yes, this are very similar a lot of people crash theire cars while driving because they are using his cell phones or are very drunks, they don't respect the limit of speed and theire don't care about the consequences.

2) Maybe it could be a good idea but not at all people around 18 years are so irresponsible, I think that applying an exam could be another alternative to have a drive license for young people.

3) Yes, but I thing that it depends how dangerous the crime is.

4) Give driving educations to all the drivers, I think it could be a good idea.

5) Yes, I often drive too fast because I'm late and my girlfriend does the same.
